GROUP

Getting real about the transition to parenthood

This 8 week postpartum support group is for birthing parents and moms seeking a supportive space to engage in honest, open conversations about the complexities of transitioning into parenthood and motherhood. Adapted from Robyn Alagona-Cutler’s postpartum therapeutic support group, these explorations will be in open conversation, sometimes with guest visitors who hold pertinent expertise, as well as dedicated time for reflection and writing.
